Cats, not windmills, bigger threat to birds
Windmills have been in the news recently due to concerns about their affect on migrating birds and the threat they pose to birds; now the San Fransisco Chronicle says otherwise....

Toronto unveils guidelines for bird-friendly buildings.
While pretty disturbing to look at, this helps raise awareness on the problematic bird/building situation. I wish more cities could be as forward-thinking.
