William Edmonds
Came across the work of William Edmonds, who has made me an instant fan of his magical illustrations filled with pops of colors! (click photos for large versions)

Exhausted/Excited
The main thing about coming back from a trip is that when you do return, there seems to be a laundry list of things you need to get done. More on that later, but I am back and tanned from being in 80 degree weather listening to so many amazing bands and traveling about!
Also, last Monday was my 2 year "anniversary" of Cher Ami! It slipped my mind, AGAIN like last year. So hopefully in the coming weeks I can have a belated special post of sorts.

Road's Ahead
I've been feeling uninspired and not very creative lately, so the number of blog posts have been reflecting that as well. Things have been changing in my life and whether I like it or not I have to deal with them. It seems even our city's biggest monument is going through changes as well! Its in the air I guess. Hopefully Spring gets here quickly and pushes things forward.
In an attempt to clear my head, and yes I'll be honest even escape things, my friend Jessica and I will be taking a road trip down to Texas for SXSW music fest, and visiting a few places there and back. I'll try to post updates when possible (for anyone at all interested), but in any case, expect photos, tales, and news next week!

News
it's been pretty strange for birds recently...
Some got drunk
Some people are taking aim at them...literally
And some, were just aiming themselves in the wrong place
